At the beautiful Viera East Golf Club we would love to offer a new chapter in the world of women’s golf. Sassy Saturday for the ladies is a celebration of skill, camaraderie and empowerment.

Sassy Saturday is an example to this belief, showcasing an environment where women golfers of all skill levels can celebrate in their talents while enjoying the breathtaking beauty of the golf course.
There is something to be said about a woman who can confidently walk onto a golf course range or tee box. Slowly getting your feet wet in the women’s events at Viera East will help build that confidence effortlessly. Bring your sisters, daughters, mothers, or simply just your best girlfriends and let’s start learning how to play golf. One mother/daughter team I had the pleasure of speaking to at the event on July 22nd had the most fabulous time. The mother who is a member at another course didn’t miss the opportunity to come play Viera East with her daughter. The duo could not stop raving about how beautiful and serene the course conditions are! They both simultaneously agreed they’d be back!
Picture a beautiful Florida Summer evening with the possibility of an evening storm blowing in. The whimsical breeze either at your back helping with distance or wind in your face hurting the distance was exactly what we needed to cool off. The lush green grass and the feeling of being so secluded is what makes Viera East one of the best in Brevard! It was the most perfect night with the best group of ladies laughing, sharing stories and forging new friendships.
The Sassy Saturday Golf Event isn’t just a one-time affair; it’s a glimpse into the future where we are going to continue to support and encourage women’s golf.
The next ladies event will be held September 16th from 4:00-6:30 hosting a theme of Mulligans and Margaritas. I can’t think of a better way to spend Saturday evening. Price and details to follow! Mark your calendars for September 16th as this will be a unique event offering two 30 minute clinics; putting and driving, while serving margaritas on the patio. The first clinic begins at 4:00 followed by the other from 4:45 to 5:15 (time in between to stop for a margarita)! Participants can choose to move after 30 minutes or stay at the one they need the most help on. There will also be chipping boards out for practice/clinic while they have margaritas for some warming up!
Thereafter they will play 9-holes and understand what a mulligan is (a do-over in golf lingo).
